Two sisters who were the first to get married amongst their friends saw their heavy traditional wedding/trousseau jewellery not being used and collecting dust in their lockers post their wedding. For their friends’ weddings, especially those at exotic destinations their jewellery was a burden and more often than not, out of fashion. Born out of a need they decided to get practical, affordable yet classy jewellery made using pure silver and signity diamonds. This jewellery was appreciated by everyone and they saw the opportunity hence Detalea was born in January 2016.
